Great service, friendly and helpful with coffee machine. Only took 1 and a half hour hours. Normally my wait time would 2 and a half hours. One time my paperwork was in the the done pile. Oliver Jones and Reliable are great to work with if your schedule doesn't allow you to visit the store. I was able to complete 75% of the required items virtually, this saved time and allowed me to purchase schedule doesn't allow you to visit the store. The service man always answered my calls. Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days to complete. Next time please test the AC before having me come to wait a few hours then have to go home because there was more to do. I would have waited because I know AC is complex. However I do really appreciate the review and cost of the repair. That took away my frustration with the process. More
