This experience was the worst I have had. I was strung along for 7 weeks with no answers to what was wrong with my vehicle. It took 5 weeks to get a Tech to start looking at my vehicle & then I was strung along for 7 weeks with no answers to what was wrong with my vehicle. It took 5 weeks to get a Tech to start looking at my vehicle & then I authorized a small repair to fix my trunk automatic open & it failed. I was told the Tech would need 1 or 2 more days to figure it out. At the 7 week mark I was told it wasn’t being diagnosed & that a higher priority vehicle bumped mine & it would be at least another week to come back to it. The service Rep did not care to return my calls. I even called to speak with the service manager & he was unavailable, so I left a message for him to call me back. I never received a return call. So, last Friday I demanded my vehicle back & picked it up last weekend & while telling the Rep to have it ready he hung the call up.
