Oliver Jones and Reliable are great to work with if your schedule doesn't allow you to visit the store. Great service, friendly and helpful with coffee machine. Only took 1 and a half hour hours. Normally my wait time would 2 and a half hours. One time my paperwork was in the the done pile. The service man always answered my calls. Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days to complete. Next time please test the AC before having me come to wait a few hours then have to go home because there was more to do. I would have waited because I know AC is complex. However I do really appreciate the review and cost of the repair. That took away my frustration with the process. More
