I had a battery problem 18 months ago and my Ram Limited had to be towed in as the trucks gets popping sounds and a light show on the dashboard.. Original I paid a fortune for the diagnostics and $250 for a Battery. I had to fight to get the diagnostic $ back of which I did. I asked Jim to do the battery check first as the last time was same situation. So I was actually surprised that my truck was ready and washed. Thank you Jim !

Absolutely the worst post-sale support. They forced me to buy OPTIONAL components explaining that they had been pre-installed and hence not optional. Most importantly, they NEVER provided activation code for location device (one of the "options") which now almost a year later I am still trying to get. While the car is great, I see no reason for anybody not to go to the Glendale or Santa Monica locations where they care about their customers. 04/17/2024 - MAJOR UPDATE. What a difference a new management makes! In my original review I rated them with 1 star, as the previous management and sales staff were not good. That said, with Mark Thomas, as a new GM, everything turned completely around: I got the best complimentary first year service along with the royal treatment. Today I also got my long-fought for refund for the tracking device which was shoved down my throat by previous management. Mark being extremely busy was very responsive and understanding. Also I would like to acknowledge Nevaline from Finance who cut me a refund check and also offered help if I needed anything. Now I can only hope that the new car will turn out to be as good as their new management!

Extremely frustrating experience working with them. Their response time is ridiculously slow. I have been working with Carlos Hinojosa, who even after repeated calls, voice mails and emails seldom respond back. Its been more than a month since I visited the collision center for a follow up and to this date I have not received any update /response from him or anyone else from the team. Such a disappointment. I have identified more issues after the repair job from AutoNation Collision center. For e.g. the trunk door sensor has become faulty, the rear seat collapse button was found broken, to name a few. But, there is no way to connect with the Collision center people.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!
