We were away from home and just starting our vacation with car problems on the drive there. Sean took care of everything we needed and provided exceptional communication along the way! The repair was significant cost-wise but we couldn’t have asked for better service and drove home safely at the end of our vacation!

My service advisor is Sergio ,he is very helpful,very knowledgeable and always take care of my 2020 Escalade ESV when it comes to service or repairs .Sergio always updates me when my vehicle is in service and also helps me with arranging loaner vehicles.Sergio knows the products and services provided by GM and is very much trained in GM products.I would also like to recognise one other person at the service center is Savanna,she is very helpful in arranging loaner vehicles.Savanna is very friendly and always return my phone calls if i leave any messages.Sergio and Savanna are great asset to Jessup Auto Plaza and i wish them both good luck with this dealership.A very happy customer and a loyal GM product owner.

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

Excellent dealership, I would recommend to anyone, and I have several times. Service Department is very easy to work with, prices are fair and I have found the work is done right the first time. Two friends purchased a new truck and an SUV and they were very impressed with how they were treated by the sales staff.
