Extremely frustrating experience working with them. Their response time is ridiculously slow. I have been working with Carlos Hinojosa, who even after repeated calls, voice mails and emails seldom respond back. Its been more than a month since I visited the collision center for a follow up and to this date I have not received any update /response from him or anyone else from the team. Such a disappointment.
I have identified more issues after the repair job from AutoNation Collision center. For e.g. the trunk door sensor has become faulty, the rear seat collapse button was found broken, to name a few. But, there is no way to connect with the Collision center people.
