I made an appointment, but it was not on the schedule (neither was the car in front of me.) It didn't matter...I got in at my appointment time for my scheduled maintenance. Anthony explained everything they were going to look at and why. He explained it in a way that I understood and answered all my questions. There were no new issues with my car and it was done 2 hours early.

I had made an appointment very recently for my first oil change on our '23 Tacoma 4X4 prior to going in. Upon arrival I was greeted within 2-3 minutes by Jonathon my service advisor, he took my information, informed me that they would take care of my recall as well. Which by the way did not affect my rear axle. Jonathon was in contact with me throughout the process, He even personally arranged a shuttle van to pick me up. This is the 3rd or 4th visit for service here, I've never been disappointed. Kudos to Jonathon for doing a fantastic job in taking care of me. I'll make certain to ask for him when making any future appointments...A+
