After my recent service, there were a couple of issues that Woodfield Lexus quickly and effectively handled. Matt the tech was even sent to my house to resolve an issue with my glove box. He and my service advisor Tony were fantastic to work with. I've been a customer of Woodfield Lexus for over 20 years and they continue to impress me with their customer service.

When my car got hit I thought what a hassle but Nic H. made it extremely easy. His communication, attentiveness and professionalism made it all so easy. Since my Mercedes was repaired earlier this year, I have had my wive's car in for a door repair and we are currently working on a scratch on my daughter's car. Obviously, I am a big fan of Nic and AutoNation.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
