(Issues with my tire & Rear tail lamp cover replacement), who in my opinion was absolutely tremendous. When my car got hit I thought what a hassle but Nic H. made it extremely easy. His communication, attentiveness and professionalism made it all so easy. Since my Mercedes was repaired earlier this year, I have had my wive's car in for a door repair and we are currently working on a scratch on my daughter's car. Obviously, I am a big fan of Nic and AutoNation.

I was having issues with my valve stem covers being corroded onto my valve stems and I drove to Autohaus of Peoria first thing in the morning, in hopes of getting it fixed as every other place I went to turned me around and refused to help. They got me in right away and replaced my valve stems, highly recommend if you’re having car issues and your usual mechanic is closed to go here and get help! Thank you so much to the service department and the technicians who worked on my car. Also gave me a free wash and vacuum after it got fixed.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!
