I had a service engine warning as I was driving past the dealer. I am not a regular customer. They told me what was wrong and that my vehicle would continue to operate. They did not charge me and they were extremely courteous. I later returned to the dealer to fix the issue. They were prompt and courteous.

My husband and I were on our first ever travel trailer adventure. Our Chevy Silverado tire sensors had been acting up. We pulled in and ask if we could make an appointment. The service crew had us pull in immediately and fixed the problem. The young man who took care of us would not accept a tip from my husband. Wished us well and we were on our way. Super service. BMW has the worst service department we have ever experienced. We took our SUV BMW in for yearly service and it came back three days later in WORSE shape that when we brought it in! We have purchased three BMWs in the last 10 years but we will not be doing this again. When I went to pick it up, they had gashed in the back of the car with some type of tool. And then we discovered, after we got home (one hour away, that they hadn't even changed the oil!! Never again...
