Steve Jackson has a very well run Service Dept.. It is the reason I continue to purchase autos from Northpark. In 2005 I was a Ford person, however after purchasing my first Nissan auto in Oct of 2005 I have became a Nissan person. Nissan is a great product and with Steve Jackson as the Supervisor of the Service department,Supervisors, has made me a repeat purchaser. Service after purchase is one of the best. I continue to purchase from Northpark.because of the Service Dept What happens after the sale is extremely important to me and Northpark’s is one of the best. Eddie Tourelle’s Nissans dealership is very well run and Tyler Tourelle in my opinion is doing an excellent job with the dealership, he should be very proud of the dealership. As I stated, Steve Jackson has great service dept from the service advisors, Jamie Snyder, David Zoller, and Joshua Sheridan, to the mechanic's.. Just top notch!!
