I had 9am appointment at the Buick GMC service center today. The service I received today is totally unacceptable. I brought my truck in because my back driver side tire was leaking air. I knew a nail was in tire. Fast forward; tire was not repairable and I needed a new tire. So the service representative; Adam told me they had a tire in the back and would be putting new tire on. I literally sat; waiting close to 2 hours for them to put brand new tire on truck. Representative came back and tells me the tire they brought over was not the right tire to my truck and he will have to order tire, that will be in next Tuesday. They took my tire off and had me wait almost 2 hours just to tell me they actually don’t have correct tire. This is xx. Shouldn’t they have made sure they had correct tire before telling me had tire and making me sit and wait? So I literally made a dry run that cost me a $50 bill at my doctor’s office because I was late. Shea, y’all gotta do better. I have bought 3 vehicles from y’all; plus prior services there, and never had any issues. I’m so disappointed in y’all today. Fast forward to later that day; the supervisor; Jesse Lopez reached out to me after leaving him a voicemail about what occurred . Jesse told me he would look into matter and find out what happened. He called me back after speaking with service department and Adam. Jesse was very apologetic about what occurred and made situation right. Adam was very apologetic as well. Adam was very nice to me, and I know he is not at fault for what occurred as he don’t work in the service center. Thanks Shea for being very professional and quick to address my concerns. Like I said; I’ve bought 3 vehicles from dealership and I will continue to do business with you guys. Thanks for being all about customer service, and not the dollar. You guys rock.

I finally got my car back after 4 months dealing with lifter rod issues, I was told I'm getting a new engine, and after I pick it up, there is no new engine. There was some women's lip stick left in my cup holder, I went and got groceries and there's a Hyundai part in the bed of my truck, I thought it went to my truck originally, so in the process of looking I found they ripped a plastic cover off the bottom of my truck, and the bolt that holds it in is missing. The ticking noise is still there. From the original repair as well.

Crippen's service department did a complete tuneup and serviced my transmission on our Buick LaCrosse. We have almost 100,000 miles on the car with most of the service work done at Crippen. We continue to come back because of the fair treatment and competitive prices.

We were in Alpena from Houghton for a hockey tournament and our side blind zone alert system malfunctioned, which also affected the locks, airbags, and key fob. Worried about getting home, we brought it here and they quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though they couldn’t do the complete repair to replace the modules, they did a quick fix (unplugged the defective module) in under an hour for under $50. I can’t say enough how helpful and knowledgeable the service manager Steve Bruski was! Bruski deserves a brewski! I highly recommend getting service or buying a vehicle here.
