I don't have accounts at either one and don't want them, but I love Bob Ross Buick. I had both my cars in for service over the last two weeks and my experience was beyond expectations. Eric in service handled both and went way above and beyond. No one could ask for more!

I was referred to bill delord from another repair shop because they deemed my repair to be covered under warranty. Info they stated bill delord pointed out to them. Called to make an appointment and was able to get in pretty fast with a loaner car that was comparable to the size car i owned. I was worried about the whole thing since the covered under warranty info came from another shop. I called the day before just to make sure my appointment and loaner car was all set to go. The process of dropping off my car and picking up the loaner was very fast. I dropped off at the end of the day for the next morning. I was called about 900am the next morning from service stating my repair was covered under warranty and all set to go. Shot out to integrity automotive in middletown for being right! They are great as well. I was able to pick up my car even after service was closed and that was a breeze. My mom previously purchased a car from bill delord several years ago and she was happy with the service then and im happy with the service now. I told my mom about my experience and she actually went there for an oil change a few days later. The location isnt really that close but not too far. I live in west chester and my mom lives in middletown. We both pass other places we could go to service our cars be would drive the extra miles for good service. Hopefully it stays that way.

I was treated poorly by the new sales department. I have been a loyal customer for thr past 9 years and my wife's family for the past 30 years. I placed an order for a new truck 6 weeks ago (for business) and had explained the urgency of this purchase to two of the three salesman I dealt with. Not one of the sales men communicated any updates the entire 6 weeks. When this dealership belonged to Axelrod, we were treated as if our hard earned money spent at this dealership mattered. Check engine light has come 3 separate times after 3 separate dealership visits, when I was told the issue was resolved and charged $550.00 for the parts and labor. I have no faith left in this dealership.

Fri Apr 14 2023 Took my Enclave in for oil change The incompetent mechanic didn't tighten the oil filter and oil was all over my frame. This is because I drove the express home and my engine could have been damaged. And we all know Ballas wouldn't except responsibility. They said they check all fluids, well my transmission fluid was also a quart low. xxxx Ballas forever. I will go back to Lincolns
