So excited to visit this new location of Crown Suburu. I can honestly say that our salesman, Mickey Dorsey was excellent at doing his business . He went above and beyond our expectations at buying our first, and new Suburu . Mickey Dorsey was very informative and patient with us as we test drove several different trim levels . We put him through it Im sure. :-) he was solid in bringing everything to the table. Once we decided on which vehicle we wanted, Mickey took the time to go over every function of the car and explained it in detail. On a scale of 1/10.. 10!!! We love our experience and our new Suburu Outback less

The best experience I have ever had with ANY dealership. Superb service far above my expectations. The 2024 Subaru Forester was exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service from Michael Pugh in sales! He was friendly, patient, and thorough with explaining every detail and guiding me through the process from start to finish. This was a 5 star no pressure deal from start to finish. These are my go to car guys now and I recommend them (especially Michael P) with no reservation.
