They are thorough and explain each step in the process including a video record of the planned mileage services. I also buy my tires from them. Will not go anywhere else for my Audi needs.

Eva was so helpful and kind. I purchased a car from Carvana and the entire process was absolutely horrible. I took it to Audi Plano assuming the noise I heard was the brakes and they did an inspection that showed the car was literally falling apart. Eva helped me every step of the way and made sure I was informed through the entire process. She handled the warranty folks and just stood by my side!

Don’t shop here! They ripped off my 70year old father. He had a 2018 Q7 that was burning oil. They had him pay $8k to rebuild the top end of the motor. They said this will fix the issue. Which it did not fix. He initially was just going to trade it in but they talked him into repairing the vehicle. Now the Q7 still burns oils and they refuse to work with him. He asked them if they would do a better deal on a new vehicle since the repairs did not work. They would not. Don’t shop here!! All they care about is the money. He ended up going to a different dealership and bought 2 new vehicles from them. Much better service

Had a great experience buying our eTron here. There were a few items wrong with the car, which were noted down and promised to be fixed at the first service. One issue was the Charging Door not closing properly after charging. Service rolls around and the service technician says its our fault the Charging Door doesn't close properly. Apparently we hit a rock on the road which caused the door not to close as it should. Luckily we had in writing that this was an issue when we bought it. We told Sherry this, but still it was our fault. It wasn't until we contacted the sales person, and asked him to walk over to Service and sort it out, that something actually happened. They wouldn't return my wife's calls and left us without a loaner for 11 days days. Sales Department - Great. Service department - no so. Feb 2024
