Had our Jeep towed in on a Monday morning and called Rose. She ALWAYS takes care of us and keeps us updated on any issues or repairs needed along with giving us the best price possible. I'm not usually a fan of using dealers but dealing with Rose is a different level of customer service. There's a reason that she's been there so long. She knows her customers and they ask for her. It was a pleasure having her make the best out of a not so good situation. Rose is a 20 out of 10.

Took my truck in for an oil change. Service was done in a timely manner. When I got home oil was dripping from the truck. Let them know, and problem was fixed in no time at all. Joe (service manager) even came to my house and picked truck up, got the leak fixed, cleaned off underside of truck, and returned it in about an hour. Great job!

Mac Haik was a pleasure to work with when buying my Jeep Gladiator. Their service department was great also. Again, my mistake and please accept my apologies.

I have been waiting for this recall part and the nice guy finally ordered the part and said that I don't have to callback every month to see if the part is in. I wish that I could remember his name.
