He helped me immediately and wrote up a no charge order. The service dept jumped right on it and did an excellent job. Shoutout to Richard Dunkerson (GM) and Bo Grant (Service) of Brinson Ford of Athens for the exceptional service I received this week, Even though I presented my Nissan Altima having electrical problems this Ford Dealership diagnosed the problem, provided a free loaner car, and did not overcharge for the over the top care they provided a non-Ford customer. They communicated with me by text as they progressed and even washed my car when completed. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for their professionalism and quality service. Having said that, I did give Bo (a rabid Alabama fan) grief over AL stealing my Univ of Washington Husky FB coach to replace Saban.

Worst experience at a dealership. Went in for a recall on AC motor that was working and left with burned wires and AC not working. They refused to fix it and service department was rude and unwilling to help. Will never do business with them.

My vehicle was in a fender bender. Autonation appropriately rose up to the challenging task of my insurance provider not communicating well. In the end the vehicle looked better than before the incident. They cleaned and shined it up as well. Manager and other employees were great...not to mention above and beyond work by the auto technicians. Would recommend!
