Hi I would just like to say that Granbury Nissan service department rocks , I took my truck in for service and they came back and said I had some problems with the front end, I told them to fix it and they had it done the next day , they are very professional and customer service is at its best I would not go to any other dealer ship.even though there is one closer to me I will drive further to get great service from a top notch dealer ship , thanks agin Granbury Nissan.

I am so surprised and pleased that Evelyn contacted my husband about our 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum model. We were so shocked that our first call was handled by someone who was not responsive to what was going on. After leaving an unhappy review Evelyn Brown and Isaac Zimmerman got with my husband and agreed that the headlight issue was not normal, (filling with water and shorting out) especially with less than 28,000 miles on it and no accidents. I'm duly apologetic and very happy with how our issue was resolved. Actually impressed with how this was solved. I will recommend Doggett as a quality Nissan dealer with a service manager that took our issue to heart.
