this service center has taken care of my cars for several years and I have no complaints. The work has always been done in a timely manner and the staff has been friendly and helpful.

This is a good shop. Prices are competitive with independent repair shops. But, you get GM parts and GM quality. The work is completed on time, or plenty of advance notification is given. The staff are personable and there to make sure the customer's vehicles are fixed correctly.

Kevin Sampson is worth his weight in gold . Very knowledgeable and helpful, I used to buy cars in the old days from Mel Rabenstein at Blade Chevrolet , he was a great guy and very well liked . Very grateful that Kevin is working for Blades. Been almost 6 month since I purchased my pick up and he is still helpful and caring when needed . Will defiantly send new customers his way . Great dealership, we were in the market for our 1st diesel truck and they really came through during the chip shortage. Got such a great deal on our truck new from the factory that the salesman said please don't go resell it and make 30k.....Hahaha. Nick in service rocks, got our rental fixed for us on the spot and had our 30k service done by the next day. This is what local businesses should strive to be. Great job.

Staff is always pleasant. David takes the time to explain what I don't understand for service or billing. I had to drop my car off for an oil change. Many, many cars in line for drop off. I was delighted when David called me a bit later to say my car was ready!!

It was the worst experience ever. When I go back to pick up my car, I will be calling the police department to file a report. I took my husband's car in for service 1999 Cadillac deville trusting I would be doing the correct thing. I went to pick up the car and there was damage that wasn't issued when I took it in. I paid them in full 5,914 service and got the car back in the worst condition. This is their answer: the car is 25 years old and what do you expect? They tried to fix the electric window and this was the result of shorting out the electrical system, to the door locks, gas tanks, alarm, and horn which were all working fine upon arrival.

I recently was in and had my car serviced (normal 30k check) and Scott came back to check on my service experience and asked how I liked my car. I always receive personal hand written cards in the mail around the holidays and phone calls to follow up on my service. He's always a pleasure to deal with and makes the car purchasing a great experience.
