I had been used car shopping for four days, and I was exhausted and frustrated. Alex greeted me outside the front door. He had already driven to the front the car I described. I had a set amount of money and other dealerships were pushy, trying to get me to upgrade, and rushing me. It’s as if they just wanted me to buy so they could move on to the next buyer. Alex and the manager, Pat, listened to exactly what I said and did everything they could to be respectful of my price range and desired car. They even had the same car that was a year older with more accessories, and they did not push me to upgrade. In fact, I didn’t even know it was on the lot until the next day! Alex told me everything about the car, inside and out. There was a lot of information I did not know about cars. I asked Alex a multitude of questions which he freely answered and told me information I should know. He was extremely patient with me. I very much appreciated him after what I had been through with other dealerships. I highly recommend North West Auto in Pasco, WA. They are respectful, kind, and listen. Also, I bought a car at a very fair price. Thank you Alex and Pat!

Remington was very helpful in getting all the information I wanted for the car I was looking at. Q Ali the finance manager also was no preasure. yet explained things very well. I am the one who hates buying cars with extra add-ons and dealing with car salesman. Non-commissioned staff, could be the reason why I was not lied to, by the sales and finance department. It makes sense how Q earned those well deserved awards being honest and transparent and actively listening to our needs. And Remington is one the best car sales person I've had pleasure of dealing with. My experience at Klein Honda in Everett location was very good and I would return. 5/5 stars.

After day one went by with no selection on my part, he showed me the car I would buy. He pieced together all my wants and needs in a car and found the right one for me! We had a great purchase experience at Subaru of Auburn! Tim T, Internet Sales Manager, was very communicative from the point of my online inquiry and was willing to negotiate the vehicle price before making the 2 hours drive to check it out. We scheduled an appointment and met Tim a few days later. His approach made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. There was no pressure and he was very accommodating. The rest of the staff at the dealership were very friendly and hospitable even offering snacks to our 5 year old. Even after pre negotiating the price of the vehicle, they were willing to work to cover the cost of a glass replacement as well. They kept their promises and replaced the glass as well as fueling up the car after missing that pre delivery the day of purchase. Overall we had a great experience! Two take aways for the future that could have made it exceptional: 1. Time between finalizing the agreement and getting into the finance office was a bit long, especially with a young child. 2. We had difficulty communicating with the service department to schedule the glass replacement due to staffing challenges. Regardless of those two things, I believe 5 stars is warranted and I would recommend them, as well as Tim, in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Thanks to 405 motors for another great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. They've come along ways since we purchased our first vehicle from them 12 years ago. They now operate from a comfortable office and a roomy, paved lot. As before, customers are allowed to roam the lot and inspect the numerous, unlocked vehicles available for purchase. The year, mileage and price of the vehicle is prominently displayed on the windshield helping make the selection process quick and easy. We decided to test drive an Acura MDX. It was brought to the front of the office by a lot attendant. We were then allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive without the presence of a 405 employee. Very trusting. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the transaction was relatively easy. This included being given a fair price for our trade-in. We were also offered a number of add-ons that we declined with no pressure. We did, however, decide to purchase an extended vehicle warranty that was made more reasonable with a Costco discount. We were able to drive home the vehicle even though we did not have the title to our trade-in vehicle and needed a couple of days to transfer money into our checking account. They were also agreeable to adding some additional fuel to the tank. Thanks to Ken, Tessa and the rest of the staff at 405 motors for a great, no pressure, no haggle car buying experience. Give em a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
