After a long day of car shopping, I found my car in their inventory and they had it pulled up to the front, we were immediately greeted by every employee that passed by. Dennis was our outstanding salesman, we told him our budget and some terms we set for ourselves, and for the first time that day, he saved us money instead of trying to get us to spend more like other dealerships around. He was very straightforward and realistic about every question and concern we had, this was the first dealership where we felt at ease, we were treated and valued as family instead of a customer. The General Manager Aaron also was very helpful in thoroughly explaining any extra questions/concerns we had. I wanna say thank you again to everyone that stayed later than usual that night, this wouldn’t be possible without any of you all and I cannot express it enough! Will forever be telling everyone I run into to buy their car from here, I will be back!! More

Zach worked with me digitally to complete an out-of-state purchase. He is a very kind guy who was totally willing to let me control the pacing of the conversation and was very upfront with what he needed fro purchase. The dealership was located within 15 minutes of McGhee airport and they even picked me up so I didn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. The paperwork signing and transaction went stunningly smooth, and everyone I spoke to was very kind. If I ever find myself on the hunt for another rare Kia, I will definitely reach out to Parkside first, as it is on the top of my list of dealerships to work with.....and I work for a dealer myself, so that is saying something.
