I made the reservation online with Andrea, however, she was in the middle of a sale when we arrived. Fortunately, she was able to have Aldo work with us. He is great!!! The experience with Jeremy at Service was unpleasant since my first visit, he was rude and standoffish but I could deal with that, if it didn’t affect the results I was getting from my car. After the se since my first visit, he was rude and standoffish but I could deal with that, if it didn’t affect the results I was getting from my car. After the second time I dropped my car off for a warranty issue, I received a notice my car was repaired and ready for pick up. Jeremy was gone for the day already, and the issue was in fact not fixed, so I called Jeremy the next day and he said and I quote “I don’t know what else I can for you, we already fixed it, and maybe it’s YOUR phone that doesn’t work”. His arrogance and demeanor are what upset me, not the fact that my car isn’t fixed. I understand that’s no one’s fault. He’s the expert and telling me there’s nothing else that can be done on a car I’ve only had for 6 months and paying nearly $1,000 for is absolutely unacceptable. I spoke with Chris and he was very pleasant and helpful. I hope to keep working with him to solve my issue. More
