Dealership is very good , prices are high because of high interests rates. Leased a Jeep summit with 8 miles on it , returned the next day with two issues which are factory quality control problems , now the interests rates. Leased a Jeep summit with 8 miles on it , returned the next day with two issues which are factory quality control problems , now the front seat has to be removed to fix it and the door panel removed to fix the 2nd issue. This is my 7th jeep, 3rd or 4th Summit I’m paying Almost $300 more for the monthly lease and am getting less vehicle for the money, however for 10,000 more I could get what was available in my prior models. In All fairness I don’t believe this the dealerships fault. Wake up Jeep this may be my last one. More

Ordered a new switch for drivers side window control June 1, 2023. Checked back twice during the summer to see if the part was in. Got the run around that it was lost in shipping and shipped to the wrong dea 1, 2023. Checked back twice during the summer to see if the part was in. Got the run around that it was lost in shipping and shipped to the wrong dealership. Never received a call that the part was in. Followed up 1 year later for an oil change, only to find out the part was in their parts department since October 2023! Never received a call that my part was in. Had to follow up and assumed I was ordering a new part in May 2024, only to find out the part has been there since October! Terrible communication with the customer! More

Every time I bring my car in for service I expect to deal with an issue w the human side of their service and once again this was the case. I just don’t understand why this always happens when you have a p with an issue w the human side of their service and once again this was the case. I just don’t understand why this always happens when you have a person whose job it is to maintain contact with your customers so they know when their car is ready. There is no transparency which leads to customers getting screwed left and right. I can literally write stories of how poor this dealership is run and only go back to them bc my xxx jeep has so many issues and needs to be fixed. Ugh. Can’t stand Salerno…for years. Oh and this is my fourth vehicle from this place, you would think they would at some point realize I leave upset every time. Def my last. I dropped my jeep to 10am for tire change and new brake pads. at 330 I received a voicemail that “they are wrapping up everything for the day bc they are missing a part”. I go to the dealership to pick up my car and it is not ready for another hour. A hour would have been 430, instead salerno calls and leaves a message at 552pm letting me know my car is done and needs to be picked up by 6pm. What??! I had no car to take my kids to events and to school in the am despite it pouring outside. And lastly a credit card fee in addition to the thousands it costs to repair my car. It cost me $54 to use a credit card. I’m so done. You stink! As usual. More
