Mr. Carl Whipple and Mr. David Brown provided exceptional service and were very personable when I purchased my new Infiniti Q60. I absolutely love my car! While I had no intentions on purchasing the car on t service and were very personable when I purchased my new Infiniti Q60. I absolutely love my car! While I had no intentions on purchasing the car on that actual date, Carl helped me to get a reasonable amount for my trade in. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I really wanted to be able to write something wonderful here, but here's what happened... On 3/29/24, I drove from Augusta to look at a used 2020 Honda CRV. I had an appointment, but still waited for quit here, but here's what happened... On 3/29/24, I drove from Augusta to look at a used 2020 Honda CRV. I had an appointment, but still waited for quite a while. While test driving the car, I noticed a crack along the bottom of the windshield, almost the entire way across. I pointed it out to the salesman, who seemed surprised it existed. I had another vehicle I wanted to see that day, so I did that and returned to purchase this CRV. I looked it over again quickly. There were minor scratches, I didn't see anything major. No one said anything and the carfax didn't say anything out of the ordinary. While signing the paperwork, I again mentioned the windshield, so it would be in the agreement to be replaced. After everything was done, I was happy to find out I could leave my rental car to be picked up there and I could drive my new car home. Upon arriving home, I noticed a good sized hole in the front grill that I hadn't seen and no one had mentioned. I looked closely at the photos they had online and it was there all along. (It is black on black, I just accepted that I should have inspected it more carefully, however, I did wonder what type of inspection they performed on it and whether they knew it was there). I had a difficult time contacting my salesperson throughout the process of verifying that my rental had made it back to Enterprise (I was ultimately responsible, after all) and having my windshield replaced. Now, 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I take a trip from GA to VA. Everything is fine until I start back to GA and my hood starts rattling like it's going to fly off. I stop to check the latch, tighten the bumpers, to check all around the tires, maybe a mudflap is loose and hitting something, I can't figure it out. Nearly 2 hours into this drive, I stop for the 6th time and look under the car. The engine splash shield is dragging the ground. I call a friend who owns a body shop and he tells me how to crawl under my car and take it off. He says it likely was not replaced correctly when the oil was last changed because it's missing a lot of clips and screws. Who did the last oil change? The sticker in the car says it was Conyers Nissan. I've been trying to contact the dealership and my salesperson for the last week and no one has responded. I would just like to know what they actually look at when they take in a trade in and if I should expect anything else to fall off as I drive down the road. I never really thought about checking out the dealership when looking for a car. I was just looking for the car I wanted. I guess I need to check the Better Business Bureau before my next purchase. *I also mentioned while filling out paperwork that I had a tag from my previous vehicle that I wanted to transfer. I was still, unnecessarily charged for and mailed a new tag. I had to take the new tag to the tag office, turn it in and pay an additional fee to transfer the tag I already had to this vehicle. More
