The reassessment of my existing vehicle was a problem for me. Seemed so arbitrary compared with original assessment. The last minute $500+ reduction in my existing car value seemed out of place considering I me. Seemed so arbitrary compared with original assessment. The last minute $500+ reduction in my existing car value seemed out of place considering I was buying a top of the line new car, and considering this was my fourth consecutive new Honda from Piazza, and also considering that all service on all Pilots was done at Piazza. I had a very straightforward buying process here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
