I would have appreciated more communication from the people behind the scenes but overall had a very positive experience. Cody was excellent to me the entire time, which wound up being longer than most people behind the scenes but overall had a very positive experience. Cody was excellent to me the entire time, which wound up being longer than most due to my purchasing from out of state. I know I was probably a big pain but Cody never treated me like one. Several other employees wrote emails that made me feel like my business wasn't a priority but they were informative and got me taken care of in the end. Considering I'm 2000 miles away, I can't say for sure I'd deal with them again but it's only because I'm 2000 miles away. More

Nicole did a great job. Whenever she did not know the answer she was very quick to say so then find the answer. I felt like I could trust her in helping me find a car. She tolerated me and my family coming in 30min before closing flawlessly. They let me take the car home the day before closing in the car., That was very nice.
