I have been doing business with John Sisson Nissan for over 30 years. In a couple of cases earlier this year, blasting. During my communciations with the sales rep, I had to ask him twice to turn the music down. And told him after we concluded our deal that had I had to ask a third time, I would have walked away from any deal and never come back to John Sisson Nissan ever again. Please note that I'm a musician who plays out occasionally, with loud music part of the scene. So I have nothing against it. But an automobile dealership is neither a concert venue nor a nightclub. I should not have to ask to have the volume lowered or raise my voice to communicate. Loud music is unprofessional, and to be honest, if I ever encounter it again, I will take my business elsewhere. I have complained about the loud music for 3 or 4 times now. Incidentally, I had no interactions with Robyn Dodworth, so I can't rate her. Thank you for your time. More

This dealership has excellent customer service! I spoke to a salesperson over the phone in the morning about a car I was interested in.
