This is our 6th car we have purchased from Findlay , with Don Lewis as our rep. Don is very professional, and customer oriented, and we would certainly continue with him in the future. Our concern is that there never seems to be anyone to answer the telephone. This session is actually the third time we have been extremely frustrate in trying to reach someone by phone , (no matter which of the 4 numbers we try),) Last year Don was good enough to contact the Service Mgr., after a lengthy discussion with him , and his apologies, he assured us it would not happen again. But, the same problem existed again this year. After several hours of no response on the phone, we were exhausted, and resigned to call Don on his cell phone.. An hour later he responded, and resolved the issue.. We are long customers of Findlay, (long before you moved to Henderson), but because of this frustration we are considering another dealer...one with consideration enough to answer their phone! More

The salesman Don was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The main issue is no one answers the phone at the dealership, including service. Have to go through the salesman to connect with anyon knowledgeable. The main issue is no one answers the phone at the dealership, including service. A truly amazing and gratifying experience to receive the kind of service that I did having my Nautilus diagnosed and repaired properly the first time and not having to worry about re do’s!
