I have owned over 100 cars in 30 years. Many of those purchases left me sitting irritated in a via dealership lobby, but not this time. I grew up around dealerships since my dad worked 35 years at a local Honda dealership in Ballwin as a mechanic, so know the workings of them well. This was our first Subaru purchase and it most likely will not be my last. Ed and Richard made the experience quick and easy. Ed was prompt with emails and text messages. Both he and Richard were polite and approachable. They honored a price match from another dealership. They didn't haggle with me on my trade amount even after matching the other dealership's price like most would. I will definitely recommend them and the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen team to my friends and family. I am very happy with my experience and my purchase. More

No Surprises! ! After doing some research on the Subaru Forester and checking with family and friends, who have owned several over the years, I called the Dean Team ! After doing some research on the Subaru Forester and checking with family and friends, who have owned several over the years, I called the Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin. I was connected to Ed Gerardo in sales and he was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and I was able to close the deal in about 30 minutes. I think it took my wife and I longer to decide what color to choose. The reason I said at the beginning there were no surprises was that I able to negotiate and close the deal over the phone in a short period of time and when we arrived at the dealership there were no surprises waiting for us there. We were greeted by Aaron on the showroom floor and escorted to Ed Gerardo to complete our paperwork. Next we met Jason in finance and in no time we were on our way. At no time were we apprehensive about our first Subaru purchase and I was very pleased with the Forester while driving it home.
