I had a wonderful experience with Grant at first! However that has since taken a turn. I got 500 dollars off my car because my husband is a college student. He contacted me days later asking for it and I sent his information after that we went back and forth for literally days with him telling me what I wad sending was not acceptable! I finally sent him something he “accepted” and then asked him where we were at with my spare key that was lost and that I didn’t receive with my brand new vehicle that was purchased almost two weeks ago and he said they were still looking, today I reached out again to ask and simply asked when my key would be in and he replied very unprofessional saying he had no idea and if I thought he was not being diligent enough he could connect me with someone who wont care as much resulting in it taking longer. I then asked for his managers information. More

The second he got wind of a deal falling through on one of the first 2024 Colorado ZR2'S he contacted me immediately and after hours to let me know. Knowing that multiple other salesman where doing the same he advised me to come in early the following business day. He met me at the dealership, before open, on a day he wasn't scheduled to work until noon. From there he held down the key and got the ball rolling. He wasn't wrong several other interested parties showed up at opening. But thanks to Grant they were too late! I drove away with the truck I've always wanted, I got a fair trade in value, and had a overall great experience. In a world post covid-19, in the grips of regional wars, with supply chains unable to produce like they once did. Everyone needs a Grant Cooprider fighting for them. More
