We truly enjoyed working with him, he was such a great person! We felt very much valued and appreciated at this dealership. Everyone including D'Artagnan and his manager, Tyler were very kind and attentive. At the end of the day, we reached a mutually accepted price offer for the new vehicle of our choice, many thanks to Tyler who was willing to work with us on the pricing. The after-sales service was also excellent. Seth met us at the dealership a week after we bought our new Subaru and gave us a thorough tutorial on the vehicle. That was time well spent - we drove away with more understanding of how the buttons and commands work. Furthermore, they filled our gas tank to full and gave us a Wawa gift card for that! Very friendly. I was waiting for my car to get fixed, I had 3-4 employees ask me if they could help me while I walked around emailing/texting for work. The last to ask was Nick (sales manager) he asked what if I can get you in a new car faster than getting your car fixed. I said no way, told him I was upside down in mine and he made the magic happen. He was a MONSTER! Candy was next to help me and she was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I came back a few days later for the walk through with Seth and although I bought another Forester he was able to show me some things I did not know. He too was friendly and very knowledgeable. More
