From the first phone call, to driving off the lot, the experience couldn't have been any better! Shae Smith our salesman was awesome!! Such a great guy, great communication, down to earth and very knowled experience couldn't have been any better! Shae Smith our salesman was awesome!! Such a great guy, great communication, down to earth and very knowledgeable. The manager, finance team and everyone else also was great in every way. This dealership was 3 1/2 hours away from where I live and there are a bunch of other Kia dealerships closer, but because of this experience, I would definitely drive the extra 3+ hours to do business here again compared to another dealer! My husband and I had an amazing experience picking out a car and buying one. Shae Smith car sales really listened to what we were looking for. We had called prior to going up to Windsor Fowler and Shae fou car and buying one. Shae Smith car sales really listened to what we were looking for. We had called prior to going up to Windsor Fowler and Shae found exactly what we wanted. The entire staff was incredible! We met the General Manager, Dane was amazing with finance and Theresa is with web sales. Staff at Windsor Fowler made us feel like family. Thank you for the wonderful experience. More

We walked into Kia not really sure what we were looking for. Thanks for their team. They sent us home with the car we need. My experience with Shae in sales and Dane in financing was great. Zero issues and the process was quite smooth. No pressure at all from either of them and got exactly the vehicle I'd been researching for was great. Zero issues and the process was quite smooth. On the back end their follow up to make sure the vehicle was working great and to make sure I didn't have any issues or questions was fantastic was well. I'm quite impressed overall.
