We want to help you since you’re our customer, but we can’t change the warranty. Chris provided the number to Audi and they are the only ones we can remedy a legal warranty challenge. No need to retain an attorney. We work at a law firm that’s all that was said. Even before that was mentioned your whole sales team tried to distance themselves from the car. Seriously a brand new car less then 100 miles on it.
