Made an appointment online with Giselle and she promptly met and took me to the vehicle. She also brought over another vehicle (hybrid) to review. Discussed various options with her and her manager. 100% NEVER in my life have I been treated so incredibly disrespectfully as I have dealing with Adam. You can tell he absolutely hates his job and hates dealing with people. He has said he would try to get me a car to get me through the week since my car will be there for 7 days JUST to diagnose it. He doesn’t want to find ANYTHING out due to laziness. Shame on you Bell Ford for hiring horrible, lazy, disrespectful people to deal with customers. He actually told me he would refuse my service after I wanted to speak to his manager. This dealership was very accommodating. Wife and I explained we had two young children at home with grandma and we lived an hour away.
