DO NOT BUY A USED CAR from this Dealership! I bought a used car for $8,000. I had it for 3 weeks and everything started to break on it. My mechanic said the car is NO good. I went to Best Ford to trade my car in and from the moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman named Colin. We closed the deal on a new car at a high price only to be happily moment I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a pleasant gentleman named Colin. We closed the deal on a new car at a high price only to be happily surprised 2 days later from a phone call from Best Ford informing me that they we able to lower the monthly payments to about 150.00 less. Made an appointment on 12/2/23 to view a used Ford F150 Platinum. Drove an hour and a half only to find the vehicle was sold. Most incompetent dealership I have ever stepped foot in.
