The first time that I had the pleasure of meeting and buying a car from Doug and Bosak was in June 2012. He is by far the BEST car salesman I have ever met. We had specific things that we wanted...red, sunroof, HEMI, a look that stands out,etc. We were torn between an automatic transmission and manual. On that day, I was servicing my Dodge Magnum and went looking around the lot as I have many times before. Doug approached my son and me and we started talking. He said we just finished a Dodge Challenger that you might be interested in. I said sure and its a million dollars...lol. He brought it around from the onsite detailing shop (big plus) and I fell in love. Took it for a test drive and took it home to show my husband and the next day it was ours. Doug was super informative...he knows the car inside and out. Answered every question and finally sold us on the auto/manual transmission...another words the best of both worlds. He was super patient and worked really hard at making the deal happen and to make sure that I was comfortable with the price and monthly payment. He follows up with his customers and makes sure that everything is just right. AMAZING! There was no pushy salesman...no guilt trips...no negativity. I have purchased many automobiles for business and personal use and have had many positive experiences. This was NOT one of them. The salesperson was totally unprepared to present the product he was personal use and have had many positive experiences. This was NOT one of them. The salesperson was totally unprepared to present the product he was trying to sell. The overall aptmosphere was cold and unfriendly. I was quickly told that the dealership closed early at 6pm on Fridays. I knew what I wanted in a vehicle, had more than adaquate cash/credit to complete the "Right" deal and was mistreated. As a result, I went to South Oak Chrysler and found a vehicle that had what your salesperson said was not available on the T&C-L in stock in the right color at the right price. Guess what?........I bought it! Thius sale could have been with yur dealership had I been handled properly. No good Sales Manager would ever let a qualified sale walk out of the door to go and spend money some place else.........oh, by the way he never bothered to introduce himself or even speak to us. RECOMMEND YOUR DEALERSHIP.....NOT A CHANCE! More

As a supplier for the Big 3 I went to Bosak's to purchase a new vehicle. I was coddled and reassured, but the numbers just didn't add up. I questioned the selling price and was told that Supplier Discounts a a new vehicle. I was coddled and reassured, but the numbers just didn't add up. I questioned the selling price and was told that Supplier Discounts are optional to the dealerships and they are not required to honor them and if they choose to they decide what portion of the discount they will apply to your purchase. SUPPLIER DISCOUNT IS NOT OPTIONAL!!! I will be reporting Bosak's to corporate for that reason. Trade ins... I have never been so insulted with a trade appraisal. I understand that everyone needs to make a living and feed their family, but difference from what Bosak's offered me for my trade in to what I actually received when I traded it at another dealership was $4,750. How does anyone with a conscious low ball a trade in by $5,000? Bottom line - Bosak's are crooks. More
