They didn't even put my license plates on for me. I had to do it in the parking lot. They gave me a 10-day day inspection sticker and had to get it inspected myself. More

So I’m a new customer and I saw the reviews on Google and they looked pretty solid and boy was I wrong. Waited literally 20 minutes, And not one sales rep came out and talked to me. Not to mention their website inventory is so freaking off-base they claim that they had 12 new Ford Rangers in their lot, When I got to the dealership there was literally only three rangers in their lot and the three that I was interested in weren’t even there. As I left disappointed yesterday 4 sales reps were literally looking at me as I was waving to them, again I would never recommend this place to anyone as they literally did not even make an attempted effort to talk to me. It literally took me 45 minutes to drive down there only to have them waste my time. I’m gonna go check out Watertown Ford because I’ve heard really good things about them but this place is a joke.
