Absolutely do not recommend working with Evan Riggs. He moves dealerships to avoid lawsuits. He inflated my income to get a vehicle loan approved, and he forged my signature on multiple documents. We can’t say enough good things about Travis! My wife and I needed to upgrade as our family recently expanded. We bought a Ford Explorer from Corwin Ford and before even leaving the lot, realized some issues, some minor, some more major for safety re expanded. We were told from our salesman, Eddie, that someone from their service department would reach out within a few days to schedule something. Unfortunately we took him at his word. It’s been 5 months now and we’ve texted dozens of times with either no response or a “I’ll check on that. There have been dozens of phone calls to the sales team and service department. We typically would get transferred 7 times before the call “drops” or told they need to talk to someone and give us a call back. Spoiler: we’ve never received a call back. I’ve been told I’m an optimistic, so I’m holding out hope they’ll eventually do the right thing and actually fix our car! More
