I contacted Crest Cadillac after finding a 2008 Volvo XC90 with 43,000 miles for $21,000 (and some change) on their web site. I had several e-mail exchanges with their salesman, Sam Obazee, in which I explained what I had for trade-in and the payment range I wanted. Sam said, "No problem. We've got you approved. Come on in. I won't lie to you and I will get you in this car." I told him I didn't want to waste his time, nor mine, so if he wasn't sure it could be done, let me know. He assured me he could meet my budget needs. My husband and I spent three hours at their dealership Labor Day, haggled back and forth over money (which irked me after having the previous e-mail conversation about my budget and what I could afford), and finally came to an agreement. Not to mention the fact that we got a flat tire when we drove onto their lot due to a defect in their parking lot (which, they said they would fix even if we did not buy a car). Lo and behold, they were swamped in the finance department that day and asked us to come back the following day (yesterday), to finalize the paperwork. "Here are the keys, take home the car, and we'll see you tomorrow." The next day, Sam called and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, our finance department can't get you the rate we agreed upon yesterday. You'll have to pay more, but I don't know what the interest rate is because they won't tell me." So, when my husband returned the Volvo, three of the sales reps at the dealership verbally attacked my husband, threatened him, and refused to fix the tire, stating, "We said we would fix it - we didn't say we would fix it for free." And then threatened to call the police if my husband did not leave the premises. Needless to say, their deceptive bait and switch tactics and blatant lies are as good as it gets when it comes to used car dealers. So, if you look up "xxxxxxx" in the dictionary, you will find a picture of Crest Cadillac - and that is EXACTLY what you will get from them! More

My wife and I had looked at several other dealerships trying to find a CTS that we liked when we finally stopped at Crest. Maybe I've just been going to the wrong dealers, but the service at Crest was s trying to find a CTS that we liked when we finally stopped at Crest. Not only did our salesman have the correct answer for every question we asked (and there were a lot of them), but he also took time after the sale to show us how all of the electronics work (and there were a lot of those). Not only was this the best service I've ever had at a car dealer, it might be the best service I've ever had at ANY retail dealer. If every car lot was as good as this one, car salesmen wouldn't have such a bad reputation. I'd go back in a heartbeat. More

We went to research the Cadillac SRX trying to find a car that fit our needs and budget. We had several vehicles in mind; Volvo XC60, Nissam Murano, GMC Acadia and the SRX. Tony did a great job showing and explaining all the details of the SRX, he made the experience fun and exciting. We told him that our decision would take about two to three weeks and he was understanding and not pushy at all. We went to all the other dealers and were just about set on the Volvo and decided to take a second look at the SRX. Bruce at Crest Cadillac was wonderful staying past 8pm to answer all of our questions and help us compare the two cars. After a night to sleep on our decision it was clear to us that the SRX and the service that Crest Cadillac provides could not compare to the others. Before leaving the lot Tony and Bruce sent us over to Greg Vetrano's department to explain all the features of the SRX. He was patience and took all the time we needed to make sure we were comfortable with the car's features. I would recommend Crest to anyone in the market to buy a car. They understand customer service and know how to make the car shopping/buying experience fun. Oh and they got us a great deal, they worked hard to make the car fit in our budget. More

My service advisor, Russell Lilly was friendly, courteous and professional. He went the extra mile to make sure that all my concerns were taken care of. ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally cus people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. I was at Crest for the 30,000 mile oil change/service of my 2007/SRX - while waiting, I strolled around to look at the latest model of the same car on the showroom floor. There it was - candy-apple red, loaded, etc. I fell in love! Bruce Rollins came around the corner, politely introduced himself and when I told him I was sure I wouldn't be able to purchase, he said, well, the least we can do is take a look at the numbers and see what we can do for you". In an hour or so, I had signed to lease and had my car the next day! I'm a very low-mileage driver, so, having leased before, it was a perfect fit for me - one I had never even considered at this time. The finance officer, at "paper signing" was the most relaxed, non-pushy, totally committed to my understanding of EVERY PART OF EVERYTHING I WAS SIGNING!!!!! The young man who walked me through "car school" to accustom me with all my new amenities, "Greg" could not have been more tolerant of this old 69 year-old's repeated questions and was just a fine young man, assuring me that all I need do at any time is call him and he'll walk me through whatever seems to be "blowing my mind"! I cannot rate this dealership high enough - it's the ultimate in "NOT FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF" as most of us feel when we leave after signing. They're up-front with their deals; no "hidden" agendas or costs, and that just HAS to be respected!!! Again, major kudos to all at Crest - they're the only game in town for me from this day forward!!
