I was called names by Manager Ben Lindberg and then told they woul horrible customer service. lied to by Eric Foster about getting problems resolved. I was called names by Manager Ben Lindberg and then told they would have no more contact with me. Obviously the owner doesnt know about these unprofessional employees. Stay away! Ford motor company isn't any better at getting issues resolved. Still, no excuse. Has now been 10 1/2 months. Very poor dealership. they would rather pay lawyers in litigation than fix their customers problems. Really sad. Yet they still have excuses for everything. Blame anyone and accept no responsibility or come up with a solution to fix a problem. would like to resolve with the owner but obviously he doesnt care. More

I had a very disappointing experience with EC Ford on 01/05/2024 and 01/06/2024. I received very, very poor customer service from two service associates: Kevin (when i dropped my truck off) and Joe (who 01/05/2024 and 01/06/2024. I received very, very poor customer service from two service associates: Kevin (when i dropped my truck off) and Joe (who called me the following day). When I approached the manager, Benjamin, about my experience, he was dismissive and treated me like I was the cause of the problem. There was no apology and zero acknowledgement of my feelings or my side of the exchanges between me and the service associates. I was made to feel as if I wasn't supposed to have asked questions about my truck and what they were going to do or what could be done. One of my questions was just to know the name of the technician who'd be working on my truck. All three of them made a big deal about never receiving that question before and grilled me about why I wanted to know the tech's name. My reason was simple. I jusy wanted to know. This is hardly fulfilling part of their claimed Mission on their website of "We will constantly strive to meet the changing needs of our customers." So what of I asked a question they personally hadn't received before. I could have just been given the answer. Instead, they got combative. When Joe called me that my truck was ready, I had a few questions that Joe wouldn't let me finish. He continuously spoke over me to the point I finally had to say "If I could speak now." I heard him say, under his breath, an annoyed "Oh my god." I stated "I heard that." He said that he didn't care and he'd say it directly to me. I simply stated I would bring it to Benjamin's attention later. The call ended very quickly after that with me just confirming what time they closed. This experience was only made further disappointing by the fact that I received excellent customer service when I purchased my truck and when I took it in a couple years ago for two small recalls. Apparently, with different management of the dealership, the customer is not at all appreciated or respected. They hardly attempted to fulfill their claimed Mission of "It is our mission to exceed our customers and employees expectations and maintain their loyalty for a lifetime." or their claimed Core Value of "The Value of Dedication to Excellence: We believe there is no place for mediocrity and half-hearted efforts. We accept personal responsibility for overcoming obstacles and being the very best." Disappointing to say, they clearly do not value or care to fulfill their claimed Mission or Core Values at all anymore. I'm glad there are several other Ford dealerships near, so the next time I need to go to a dealership, I won't have to return to EC Ford. More
Had the absolute worst experience trying to purchase a car. We had agreed on a price with a sales manager named Matt, we told him we would be there on Friday to pick up the vehicle. We were told he was o car. We had agreed on a price with a sales manager named Matt, we told him we would be there on Friday to pick up the vehicle. We were told he was off Thursday so we were on our way up on Friday morning. GOT THE CALL ON FRIDAY THAT THE CAR HAD BEEN SOLD THE DAY BEFORE! We would never recommend purchasing anything from Eau Claire Ford. YOU ARE ONLY AS GOOD AS YOUR WORD, MATTS WORD IS WORTH NOTHING! More

There wasn’t even an effort to say that they didn’t break it. If you looked at the security cameras you could see that my wife got out of the car with no issues. I called the service department and spoke with Dave who tried to explain that it is a common part to break on cars and that it wasn’t their problem to fix. I tried to explain that they needed to fix it since they broke it. We had no issues prior with the door handle but all was to no avail. He did reach out to his manager Joe who offered to replace the handle waiving the service charge if I payed for the part. But the part was going to cost over $80 for a door handle. I am not happy with the service that I had from this dep and have a hard time recommending them to others. It’s insane that it’s some how my fault that they broke my car door handle and that I have to be the one to pay for it. More
Late spring my wife and i purchased a 2015 F150. Within the first week of owning the vehicle the check engine came on. Ended up having to replace the coils and plugs. Shortly after that the 4 wheel Within the first week of owning the vehicle the check engine came on. Ended up having to replace the coils and plugs. Shortly after that the 4 wheel drive was engaging on its own. I believe in giving people and companies the benefit of doubt so when we were in the market for a van we went back to give them another shot. Absolutely the worst decision we could have made. We have owned the 2017 pacifica for about a month now and it has been in the shop going on 4 times for a check engine light that has been on since our drive home from signing the papers. After the third time of it being looked at and not being fixed i called in hopes they would just purchase the vehicle back because of the problems and them not being able to fix them. I was basically told it was my fault for buying a 5 year old vehicle and they would not take it back because it was past 14 days. Instead Matt told me he would consider taking it in on trade for another vehicle but would not give me enough to pay off the loan. When telling him that is unacceptable and to just fix the van then, I was told he would reach out to service about the next steps and he would text me after doing so. Two days later and i still have not received a text or call. Will NEVER be returning to this place. More

EC Ford Quick Lane has done our service on Lincoln since we owned car. Today went for a oil change and told it would be hour and half. Said no thanks and went elsewhere. Woodmans was able to do oil chang we owned car. Today went for a oil change and told it would be hour and half. Said no thanks and went elsewhere. Woodmans was able to do oil change. Upon completing oil change was told 2 bolts were missing from underbody access panel. Thought that was strange so went to Quick Lane for remedy. She stated she wouldn’t replace them since I drove off last time? Claimed there suppose to fall out with impact. Funny thing no damage to cover, just missing 2 bolts. In the past they’ve be called out on cabin air filter with smashing filter into place and not attaching screws for cover. Manager in my opinion should be terminated and would be if I owned it! A smart mouth and flakey smile doesn’t fix cars. Train your people- ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Will never do business with or recommend them to anyone. More
