This gift card has still not materialized after purchasing a brand new Forester from them. Was suppose to pick up my new car on a Wednesday so I could get the cargo net and rear seat protectors that I wanted. Several calls to Justin Gannon went unanswered. Called service 3 times on Friday and finally the woman who answered walked over to service to see if my car was ready, and it was not. I decided I did not want to pick it up on a Friday in rush hour traffic so would wait till the following week to drive down from WI to get it. Called Justin the next week and he assured me it would be ready with all the things I ordered. Guess what. The next Friday, no cargo net, no rear seat protector, no $50 gift card. We picked up the car and bought our merchandise at another subaru dealer closer to home. Between my husband and I we have put in at 10 phone calls about the gift card , 1 phone call was answered by Lou, but he promised the gift card that still has not ever shown up. If u want a dealership that takes your $$ and provides no customer service. Go there. More

This was the VERY BEST car purchasing experience we have ever had!!! Brandon McKnight was our salesman and he walked us through everything! He was so patient and understanding. Christian saved the day by offering us the loaner until our new Forester got to the dealership, since our previous Forester was totaled in an accident. Easily the best transactional experience that I have had. Adam was a spectacular sales guy. Very smooth, no pressure on options but just the facts. I addition to the attention that i received from Adam, I returned to drop off an additional key for the car that I had traded in. The man managing the front desk, indicated that he would be right with me. But since i was just dropping off a key, I knew where to go. When I left the office, I sat in my car for a bit, trying to familiarize myself with screen functions, when the man managing the front desk came out to see me and was also very helpful explaining the features of the car More
From my perspective, Evergreen Subaru is the best Subaru dealer in Maine. We have been driving Subaru Foresters since 1998-- the year they came out. There has always been 2 of them in our driveway because dealer in Maine. We have been driving Subaru Foresters since 1998-- the year they came out. There has always been 2 of them in our driveway because they are the perfect car for us; economical, spacious, safe, AWD, reliable and comfortable. Evergreen has treated us very, very fairly whether we are just adding a car or buying a car with a trade in. They are honest, easy to deal with and competitively priced. And, they are friendly people. I think some dealerships try to train people to be nice, but Evergreen folks are all nice by nature. Their service shop is nice, they do excellent work in a timely way, and they don't push you to do unnecessary work. I like that. There are 2 Subaru dealerships that are closer to us and Evergreen, and another just about as far away. We choose Evergreen because of how well they treat us, and that they value long term relationships. That's what makes Evergreen great in our book. Happy shopping. More

I’m very displeased with the service at Evergreen and with the poor customer service they have and continue to provide. I had bought a $25000 used car only to be told by the used car sales manager 3 week with the poor customer service they have and continue to provide. I had bought a $25000 used car only to be told by the used car sales manager 3 weeks back that if I would spend the extra 4-5 grand I wouldn’t have the issues. Before buying the vehicle I was promised a list of cosmetic issues were to be fixed before purchasing the vehicle which NONE were fixed. My vehicle has been in their shop 2 times now. After being in their shop the 1st time for the recon work they had NOT fixed and had promised me before purchasing the vehicle, they had also put 2 dents in the hood. I had to reschedule the appointment for the dents AGAIN today, December 6th because Evergreen failed to tell me when I called at 2:30pm to check the progress on my vehicle that the dent specialist wasn’t in today due to the weather (Which I understand 100%) Come 5:30pm when I call to check on my vehicle again for Evergreen to tell me that they can’t find my vehicle, after talking to 3 different workers they had finally found my vehicle and that the dent specialist wasn’t in until next Monday December 13th to potentially have the work NOT be done once again. More

He finally stated that there was a Covid outbreak and the finance Dept was out. I received the check in yesterday's mail. It was dated Sept 24 and the envelope was post marked Oct 1. I found that interesting since your sales manager told me it was mailed on Sept 27 but reality it was mail after I spoke with him on Sept 30. unable to figure out the true story, very poor!! More
