Purchasing the car was easy, it was everything after that. Everyone of me/my friends that call get hung up on instead of spoken to properly once I drop my name. sales dept-zero stars. the worst customer service, poor communication with no quality of standards for cars they will sell and let leave their lot. signed contract to buy the worst customer service, poor communication with no quality of standards for cars they will sell and let leave their lot. signed contract to buy car waited 30 days to be able to actually purchase car w no updated timelines of what the delays might be. had to call myself for update. picked up car on a rainy dark nite. they said to walk around and check it out. I gave them a chk for the car, pulled off lot, low fuel light came on in 1 mile from lot. NO FUEL IN TANK! the next day in the light i noticed cracks all over all 4 tires and all 4 were dry rotted, all 4! day 1 gas milage was considerably lower by 6 mpg from advertised or that my current car that is the same model gets. called to return car day 3 but they were not at all helpful or going to take the car back on day 3! they had my money and that's all they cared about. shame on me for buying a car from faulkner, they are terrible car dealers. and definitely not a high-end car dealer! BUYER BEWARE!! More
