Terrible, found perfect car that was listed as available according to toyota.com, signed up for them to contact me by text or email about it. They called me and when I asked about the vehicle they seemed to according to toyota.com, signed up for them to contact me by text or email about it. They called me and when I asked about the vehicle they seemed to have no knowledge of anything, other then I wanted a car. After repeating information about the car they had listed, they informed me that there was no such car. Several weeks later, I was contacted again, this time appropriately by text as I requested. I asked if the car I was interested in was available, they again had no information, and I had to repeat my request and tell them what car I was interested in. I was told the car was available and I could come tomorrow to get it. I asked about pricing so that I could have the option to outright pay and was denied that it would be fine. Checked to make sure car was still listed, it was. I made arrangements for my son's pick up, and drove from san diego to las vegas area. After some text communications, I called and spoke with them, no problems. Took a rest for the last hour of my trip, they called me several times and I did not answer. Upon arrival told car was sold last night despite still being listed as available. Told I should have reserved it earlier, which I had already attempted to do. Told vehicle was sold late last night, but was not bothered to check until after I had driven from another state. Pressured into test driving another "similar" car, that did meet my requirements. looked up price of similar car on toyota.com that they had in stock, price was reasonable. Made to wait an excessive amount of time, had some serious personal drama. I had a emotional shutting down, and was pressured into purchase that somehow was much more expensive then I can imagine dispute dealerships promise of discounting the car to the price of the original car I had wanted. More

I came in the day after the accident just to look at my options, and the salesman asked the right questions to show me the car that fits me perfectly. I put down a deposit and they held my car for 3 weeeks as not only had insurance not declared my car a total loss yet, but they had not even sent a check. The day they sent me paperwork showing how much they were giving me I went right back in to close the deal. So happy that Findlay Toyota worked with my situation to match me with the perfect car model, and then hold it when it came off the truck until I could get proof of insurance settlement - they could have easily sold it multiple times over with as long as my insurance carrier was dragging its feet! Best dealership I have ever dealt with in my 55 years! More
I took my 2018 Tacoma SR5 in for service on Saturday April 27th. There were a couple of recalls and it was time for service. I dropped it off early, was told I would get a call when it's ready and home I went. I got a call a couple hours later from the guy who set up my service and he told me that I "NEED A NEW ENGINE!". My truck has 47,000 miles on it. I need a new engine because my oil filter was dirty. They serviced my truck and I picked it up in the late afternoon. The guy texted me the following Monday to tell me he located an engine with 33,000 miles on it for just over $12,000.00. When I left Findlay my truck had 47,016 miles it. Now it has 47,400. My 2018 Tacoma now SMOKES like crazy. It NEVER smoked and I have passed smog consistently since I bought it. It didn't smoke when I brought it in, it only started smoking after you tried to scam me into buying another engine with only a few thousand less miles than I currently have. You serviced my truck that was in perfect running condition and now it is not! I do have all of the documentation showing the attempt to scam me. I don't know what made you think that I would fall for it, but I do know your service center is not to be trusted. More
I purchased my Landcruiser from this dealership back in 2003. It was brand new. Ever since then, I have always brought the vehicle here for service. The work they do is always top notch. Been here for the first for my 2022 4Runner Oil change, staff were very nice, quick and very professional, especially Mr Gerard Benavente, a Service Advisor, he’ s the one who took care of me, he explain e staff were very nice, quick and very professional, especially Mr Gerard Benavente, a Service Advisor, he’ s the one who took care of me, he explain everything in detail, they had an itemized report on my vehicle on what has to done and what are still okay, unlike others, they gonna scam you, I highly recommend Findlay Toyota Henderson, I’ll keep coming here for my future maintainance…not a long wait, unlike others, will take you few hours to be done. More
