The sales process at Gervais Kia was okay, but honestly thats what you expect at any car dealership. Everything from then on has been a nightmare. We had a service appointment to fix a remote starter in thats what you expect at any car dealership. Everything from then on has been a nightmare. We had a service appointment to fix a remote starter incorrectly installed, and received a loner car that was clearly heavily smoked in. When we asked the service advisor she said that there was no way, and she personally checked the car her self, and refused to offer us a different car. We have since sold that car and during the sales purchased the Cost Guard extended warranty for a used car. Which I advise no one to do! They will assure you it can be canceled at any time, we have been working with Jim Brophy for upwards of 5 months at this point to do so. Every time we call, he says he thought it was already handled and that he will call us back, we have yet to actually receive a call back and always end up having to follow up ourselves. More
If I could give their service department a zero they would get it. This is not my normal Kia company it happened to be the closest one when my engine blew on my truck to be towed that was seven weeks ag would get it. This is not my normal Kia company it happened to be the closest one when my engine blew on my truck to be towed that was seven weeks ago still waiting for an engine parts I understand they have no control over but yet they will not give me a rental they expect me to pay $1000 a week to rent the cheapest car I can find possible and get back $210 a week where every other car company out there are giving cars when waiting this long for parts. So they figure I must be rich that I can afford $6000 out of my pocket for a rental and get back 4800 nope next help me Hank! One trucks been there since May! He must be living on the streets by now! Poor service and management! More
They have the worst service department we have ever dealt with. I called over a week ago about my cars AC not working . Was told I would get a call back, never got a call back. Called today explaining the issue again and they have no openings for weeks, no weekend hours or loaner cars for you. When I bought my car there I was told they had a wonderful service department with Saturday hours, etc. Bunch of lies. Would not recommend this Kia location to anyone. Stay far away from this dealership and service department all they car about is getting the cars sold and they hope you never come back with issues!! If I could have left fewer stars I would have. More

Would not recommend getting any service done here. More
Stay away from Gervais Kia like the plague! Returned a leased vehicle and leased a new vehicle in April. Everything was great until we looked at our credit rating in September and it went from 806 to 662 leased vehicle and leased a new vehicle in April. Jim Brophy, the manager, didn't know the car was still at the dealership until we let him know. The owner, Rich Gervais, was oblivious to the fact that this might be a serious problem. His lack of concern was unbelievable. He was more concerned that we gave the dealership a bad review and screamed at me over the phone that it was not their fault! Can you imagine the owner actually hung up on me! He was right - it was our fault for dealing with this dealership in the first place. Six months later and we are still trying to have this taken off our credit report. Again, stay away from this dealership! More

Not at all happy! My car required a lot of emissions work which was done by my dealer. One of the parts replaced was a senior that Kia required to have an update done. The job took very little time, and I was charged 100.00! This was a brand new sensor that should have been covered under the warranty considering that the manufacturer required it. I am a disabled senior who is very dependent on her car to get around, and struggle to keep it going as it is, and truly feel taken advantage of! I filed a complaint with Kia corporate, but they could not be bothered to respond. I plan to trade in my car next year as it is getting older and will need to be replaced, and as much as I love my Kia, I will seriously be reconsidering buying another one after this. I have done everything right, taking very good care of my car, with regular oil changes and repairs as they have been needed. I have never in my life been charged such an excessive amount to upgrade anything that the manufacturer required, much less something as stupid as changing a code! I have the service bulletin from Kia that clearly states that this change is required by them, but says absolutely nothing about being charged excessively to get it done! I thought too that I was doing the right thing staying local to get this done, but never again! I can’t express enough how angry and disappointed I am, and feel I should be reimbursed for this issue.! The fact that Kia themselves ignored my concern makes me even more upset! More
