Do not give these people your business. They are the worst of the worst! These people in 7 days told me they couldn’t, couldn’t, might be able to, then absolutely could and then couldn’ They are the worst of the worst! These people in 7 days told me they couldn’t, couldn’t, might be able to, then absolutely could and then couldn’t finance me.. the final coming 6 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car. But the “sales manager” stated they couldn’t do the deal I was approved on because he “would not sell the car that low” So he pulled a deal that was agreed on 5 days earlier for $1000 down to buy the wrangler - to pulling the deal unless I put down $5000. Then at almost 7pm the sales person calls me apologizing and that they can do the deal for $2000 down. Really??? So after the complete run around for a week they want more money than the agreed deal - IS THERE A MORE CLEAR BAIT AND SWITCH THAN THAT??? No there isn’t!!! Zero class and zero interest in the person. The sales manager is a world class loser that pulls sales that he doesn’t think “make enough”… not your job to pick and choose buddy and really reflects total disregard for fairness..what do you base your decisions you pull? Age? Sex? Sexual identity? - seems to me you have bigger problems to deal with now! Lawyers and news stations love this stuff! More
