I went in to purchase a 2022 tesla model 3 long range which was advertised at $24,999. Ronda assured me via text it would qualify for the used ev tax credit. When I was about to buy the car the salesman which was advertised at $24,999. Ronda assured me via text it would qualify for the used ev tax credit. When I was about to buy the car the salesman presented an invoice with a $1195 ceramic coating and a $2995 wheel and tire warranty. Both of these items were mandatory fees. I was then presented with another invoice that listed the price of the car at $28995 without these fees. Unsurprisingly, there were 4 other customers during my visit who were misle and loudly complaining. More

I wasted at least3 1/2 hrs. traveling to this dealership. I was greeted by a secretary and was handed off to a (?) salesman. The salesman tried to cover the fact the can had been in a accident and poorly repaired, the 3 other cars he showed us were all dirty, and damaged. Also the salesman failed to even introduce himself. It seemed that all these cars had just come in from an auction, never cleaned up, or ( as the salesman said certified). After a few out of line comments from the salesman( who finally gave us his name Dam I believe) we left! Total experience was totally unprofessional and a waste of our time. I would never recommend Hornbeck Chevrolet to any of my friends!! More

am a local and for years l've watched their deceptive business from totaled vehicles being towed in to now knowing the GM of the dealership in a felon sand here is the proof. And this rich durgin guy along with alex Landa the owner are now trying to force mechanics to sticker cars that have not gone through service!!! In addition to that l've spoken to many people who say they bought a car & they didn't honor internet price and we're charged thousands more!!!!!! Hornbeck needs to be put out of business. I have a 2021 Chevy trailblazer & it has a recall for an evap pump... paper in hand and they wanted to charge me for the service and new parts!!!! If you drive through town their totaled cars that they fix and sell before considered an R title from the insurance sit behind the post office or at a local restaurant in Herrick center Pa. The GM also pays top dollar to have the carfax report changed so the car comes back clean. He pays people to leave good reviews when there's nothing good about this place anymore. Sadly.
