I looked for 2 months for a previously owned E series and responded to the internet and sale add at Infinity of Tampa. The car was more than expected and well presented. Ron Silver was knowledgeable, professional, honest and had a no pressure approach to closing the deal on our Mercedes. NO fast talking back on the advertised price. We agreed on a price and I was out the door with tags and key in hand in 45 minutes. The “extra effort” after the sale closed to acquire the second key-fob from the previous owner was a sign of customer service from years ago. Being the owner of 2 other Mercedes I know the MB policy on reissuing the electronic keys to only registered owners, this saved me another $200.00 to replace/reprogram the second key-fob. Robert in service took care of the requested post delivery service items I requested professionally and as if he was buying the car for himself. More
I found the overall experience at Infiniti of Tampa to be exceptional. There was no pressure and 2008 Mercedes C-Class I purchased was as advertised. I had neglected to mention that there was a scrape on the left rear fender of my trade in but Mr Silver stood by the trade-in offer and we completed the deal. I was treated professionally and courteously by everyone from my salesperson, Ron Silver to the Used Car Manager to the Business Manager. I sold automobiles in Europe on retirement from the Air Force and recognise quality service/professionalism, therefore I can highly recommend Infinity of Tampa. More

I got a great deal through USAA membership pricing resulting in a no-hassle, set price well below invoice and a re market with the economy downturn. Aaron in Internet Sales was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had already done extensive research and driven the Acura TL, which in my opinion has a better tech package but can't match the "G" for driving enthusiasm. My research paid off as the G37 is rated #1 among the competition, even besting the venerable BMW for top car among 33 entries in U.S. News & World Report's rating of the best mid-size luxury cars. I purchased the maintenance plan and will be sizing up that department to see if they earn equally high marks during scheduled maintenance visits. More
We had a great business transaction with Ron and Infniti of Tampa, very low pressure and they took all the time needed for my wife to pick the used G35 she wanted out of all the choices. We highly recommend Cary Burgos in the Internet Sales Department! She first contacted us when our previous FX 35 lease was about 6 months from ending. She kept in contact after we told her the terms we would need to lease any new Infiniti in the future. She even brought two different models out to our home to see and test drive. Low pressure and very friendly. As our lease was running out, we stepped up the pressure to either get us the right deal or we were going to one of our other choices. Well, we are in a beautiful 2009 FX AWD, so I guess they must have put the deal together. We love the quality of Infiniti products....and will stay as long as new and exciting vehicles are introduced in the future!! More

My experience with Infiniti of Tampa Bay was quite favorable. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and offered an awesome price on my used VW Passat! My only regret is that I felt my salesman, Ron Silver was not always friendly, understanding or helpful. He made me feel as if my business was not valued. Ron Silver seemed to be incredibly bitter towards me, because the used car sales manager, Ron agreed to a big increase in the value of my trade. Less than 24-hours after I purchased my car from Ron Silver, I called to report a problem with my car's key fob. I asked him if the dealer would fix the key fob. He said "No. We've done enough for you." I disagreed. And Ron Silver finally acquiesed. I am pleased with the car and I think I would refer my friends to Infiniti of Tampa--but I'd suggest they avoid that surly, grumpy Ron Silver! More
