I brought my vehicle in today to Kelly Infiniti for an oil change and a tire rotation, so I was there at 8am. Nick from service took my car and within 45 minutes everything was completed to my satisfacti oil change and a tire rotation, so I was there at 8am. I can not say enough about Eric. I do not know many people who look forward to going car shopping. I am a person who drives a car to their death in order to avoid car shopping but Er I do not know many people who look forward to going car shopping. I am a person who drives a car to their death in order to avoid car shopping but Eric changed this. He was patient and by no means pushy or aggressive. He heard what I was looking for, offered other suggestions but not just to make a sale and me not being happy in the end. I began my search in August but needed to put on hold at the last minute. I came back when I was ready only willing to work with him again. Again I knew I made the right choice with him. If you’re looking to excellent service and knowledge go ask for Eric! More
