*Buyer Beware* Do NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership. We bought what they told us was a Ford Gold Certified truck - with only 12k miles on it. Two days after we bought it - we found out the p dealership. We bought what they told us was a Ford Gold Certified truck - with only 12k miles on it. Two days after we bought it - we found out the passenger seat heating element was not installed. The Gold Certified inspection missed it even though it was sold listing BOTH seats as having it. Before the truck hit 30k miles we had to replace the tires and bring into the shop to service the back window defroster. While they were checking out the window defroster, they took a look at why we were experiencing a rough transition between gears 4 and 5 & 8 and 9. After multiple attempts to rebuild the transmission - it ultimately had to be replaced. The week after it was replaced we experienced the same gear transition issues - except worse. After once again taking it back to dealer for its third appt - the service dept is now requesting another new transmission. We are also still waiting on the back window to be replaced. Currently working with Ford customer service/care who requested a buy back along with future repairs. Found out today the vehicle meets Lemon Law Buyback conditions, but that because it was originally sold in Canada and then resold in the US - as a Gold Certified inspected vehicle - that Washington state Lemon Law does not apply to this vehicle. Customer care indicated KENDALL FORD could buy the vehicle back, but as of today - Kendall Ford is refusing to negotiate in good faith. We’ve had this truck only 14 months, the issues started below the 30k mark - and it’s been in the shop for just under 10% of the time we’ve owned it. *Note to buyers - Kendall Ford sells Gold Standard Vehicles with missing parts & elements!! Also please note that you may unsuspectingly purchase a vehicle from this dealership with no recourse. More

Kendall Ford is a gem! It was a warm feeling when I walked up to the door and was greeted by Jack and his big smile. He has a genuine sweet spirit. I knew I wanted an Explorer, just not sure on the specs! Jack was beyond patient with me, his knowledge of the trim levels was on point! I am a critical care nurse, I pay attention to the slightest details and I know and appreciate authentic compassion. JACK has this attribute. He was repectful, patient and kind with his responses even though I asked same question over a couple of times, (I was tired after work) he treated the repeated questions as if I had not asked them before same enthusiasm and accurate answers! He came along (per my request) to test drive and educated me on the vehicle. I loved it and the color! Metallic Blue who can resist! Jack obtained my information and Finance did their part. Only issue I had....I was concerned due to I was running into the time I needed to attend bible study on conference and Jack was attentive to this need and offered the quiet room for my conference, where he set me up with all the tools I needed to attend my study in private. He turn fireplace on, supplied me with paper and water. While Finance was wrapping up the details of warranties and gap so forth I was in the quiet room attending my bible study in St Louis on the phone. Once I was done, they were ready for me. Everything I asked for was achieved with this loan. Fernando from Finance was an angel sent! Supported my needs, and sensitive to my tears of Gratitude to God for the blessing. My paperwork was completed in no time. Jack escorted me to the fresh clean Explorer and set up my Ford pass for me! I was beyond pleased! I have been through this process many times, being a military family and mother to Soldier and an Airman we put some miles on our vehicles and know quality! Ford F150s have always serve us well and I am excited to enjoy this Explorer! By far, this was an absolutely the most peaceful and pampering experience. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Jack and Fernando. May God bless this business and families of those who work here and serve our community. I love my Explorer!
