Buying a car from Keyes was great. Siuzanna Asratian was the salesperson I worked with. She was quite professional and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. This is my first electric vehicle, so I was concerned about all the new to me technology. She explained the car's features and how it operated. At delivery, she explained and demonstrated how everything worked and again, didn't hurry the process. I would definitely buy another car from her. Negotiating a price at a car dealership can be an unpleasant experience, however, that was not the case at Keyes. Eddie Fefer (Sales Manager) was professional. He listened to my position and expressed the dealership's clearly. It wasn't confrontational, like at a different dealer I visited. Most importantly, there weren't games being played. I was quite happy with the process and I truly believe I was treated fairly. The entire sales and delivery process was smooth. Things that needed to be addressed were taken care of.
